How to Report a Bug

Help us help you! When reporting a bug, please include:

  • 1 macOS version — e.g., macOS 15.3 Sequoia
  • 2 App version — Found in Simply Markdown → About
  • 3 Steps to reproduce — What exactly did you do?
  • 4 Expected vs actual behavior — What should happen vs what happened?
  • 5 Sample Markdown file — If the issue is with rendering, attach the .md file
